Nästnästa vecka börjar min kurs i teori och metod. Men innan jag ägnar mig helt åt Freud kan jag välja att medverka i ett antal workshops. Där behandlas viktiga frågor som:
• How to make the most of e-mail in academia; notes on e-mail etiquette in the academic context: how to correspond with professors effectively.
• When should one begin to present work at academic conferences; how to determine which scholarly journals one should read while in graduate school; why it is important to keep abreast of current research conducted elsewhere.
• How to develop useful relationships with students working elsewhere.
Och, naturligtvis:
• Why it is important to be especially nice to archivists (even if you don’t think that you use archives).
